CareConnect is a responsive web application that allows patients to check in at their family doctor’s office and complete initial health screening questions digitally, using their own mobile devices or a clinic tablet.
Patients access the app by scanning a QR code, which opens a secure and streamlined check-in flow. The web app follows a sequential design, guiding users step-by-step through the process in a clear and intuitive way.
To inform my design approach, I conducted a competitor audit of existing digital check-in solutions, including Clearwave, Phreesia, Medical Check In, and Qminder.
