This project involved designing a website that allows parents to enroll their children in after-school care programs and securely manage payments. The experience follows a sequential, step-by-step flow, making the process clear and manageable for busy families.
To ensure the design was user-centered and goal-driven, I created:
A User Persona representing a working parent juggling time and responsibilities
A User Story to define the user’s core needs and tasks
A User Journey Map to visualize pain points and opportunities across the enrollment process
A Problem Statement to frame the key design challenge
A Goal Statement to define the desired outcome
An If/Then Statement to guide decision-making in the user flow
I also designed wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes with a clean, friendly visual system that communicates trust and simplicity.
